1. Booking and Payment: Unless we have agreed to match the conditions of a 3rd party booking website, where their conditions ar matched, the following applies.
- 1.1. A booking is confirmed
upon receipt of a £100 deposit .
- 1.2. The balance of the
rental fee is due [4] weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
- 1.3. Bookings made within [4]
weeks of the arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.
- 1.4. Payment can be made by bank
transfer. To Barclays Account No. 40627003 sort 20-68-79. ( Mrs Lorna McConnell )
- 1.5. A security deposit of
£125 is required and will be refunded within [7] days of departure,
subject to satisfactory inspection of the property.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- 2.1. Cancellations must be
made in writing.
- 2.2. If a cancellation is
made more than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, loss of deposit.
- 2.3. If a cancellation is
made between 4 and 2 weeks prior to
the arrival date, 25% of the total rental fee will be refunded. 2-1 weeks 50%
- 2.4. No refund will be given
for cancellations made within 1 week of the arrival date.
- 2.5. The owner will
endeavour to re-let the property. If successful, a refund may be given,
less an administration fee.
- 2.6. In the event that the
property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the owner
will offer a full refund or alternative dates, subject to availability.
3. Occupancy:
- 3.1. The number of guests
must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated on the property description.
- 3.2. Only those persons
named on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property.
- 3.3. Subletting is strictly
prohibited.
4. Arrival and Departure:
- 4.1. Arrival time is after
1500hrs on the arrival date.
- 4.2. Departure time is
before 1000hrs on the departure date.
- 4.3. Keys will be provided .
A key safe is located to the left of the main door. The code will be given
before check-in..
5. Property Use:
- 5.1. Guests are expected to
treat the property and its contents with care.
- 5.2. Guests are responsible
for any damage or breakages caused during their stay.
- 5.3. The property must be
left in a clean and tidy condition.
- 5.4. Smoking is strictly
prohibited inside the property.
- 5.5. Pets are permitted
under approval and must be kept under control. Not allowed upstairs and
not allowed on the furniture..
- 5.6. Guests must respect the
peace and quiet of neighbouring properties.
- 5.7. The owner reserves the
right to enter the property at any reasonable time for maintenance or
emergency purposes.
6. Liability:
- 6.1. The owner shall not be
liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings,
except in cases of negligence by the owner.
- 6.2. Guests are responsible
for their own personal safety.
- 6.3. The owner shall not be
liable for any disruption to services beyond their control, such as power
cuts or internet outages.
7. Complaints:
- 7.1. Any complaints must be
reported to the owner immediately.
- 7.2. The owner will
endeavour to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly.
8. Governing Law:
- 8.1. These terms and
conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9. Data Protection:
- 9.1. The owner will comply
with all applicable data protection laws.
Important Considerations:
- Damage Deposit: Breakages and damage will be deducted
from breakage deposit..
- Pet Policies: Pets must not be allowed upstairs
or on the furniture. Please make sure you clean up after our pet and see
that any fouling is disposed of in the correct manner.
- Wi-Fi: As little Luckford is some
distance from the exchange we occasionally suffer drop outs. Normally short
duration. Speeds can vary.
